- SMS: Use inbound or outbound SMS shortcode services for promotions or to gather customer information. We can also assist with sending bulk SMSes to selected target audiences as part of integrated creative campaigns.
- USSD: Set up open chat sessions with consumers on their mobiles to run highly interactive competitions, ask customer questions, and drive more substantial customer engagement.
- Select mobile services: We have relationships with 80 African mobile networks, including Vodacom, MTN, Cell C and Telkom mobile, providing a range of mobile-based services.
